One thing I hate about winter is trying to stuff my kids into their car seats with their coats on! Does anyone have ideas on making this difficult task easier?

My advice: let's move somewhere warmer, but you can only go if we both go to the same place!!!
I'm just jealous your little guy will wear a coat! I'm still doubling up sweatshirts on Sam!
