That is hilarious! What a sweet heart! We made Steph a replica of her usual Blankie, but she did not fall for it for a second. So, now her blankie is starting to shred and be really worn from frequent washings!
Lindsay...all my kids have more than one blanket...same scenario. But it's been good I decided when my 15 year old still has at least one still to snuggle with.
Sorry, I couldn't help but laugh! That's really cute. So glad to know all moms have kids with funny ways.
All I can say is GOOD LUCK!! Madi is the same way. She has this blanket that she absolutely LOVES. She has had it since she was born. I got soooooo many blankets when she was a baby and out of ALL of them she chooses this one to be her favorite, the ugliest one. Anyway, it goes EVERYWHERE with her. This thing is litterally starting to fall apart.
I love it! Maybe you just need to sew them all together! That would give him his favorite ones - and make it big enough to cover him until he goes on his mission !
Dallin is the same way! I bought a back up blanket in case we ever lost the favorite one, or needed to wash it ... now he needs both of them everywhere we go!! We moms just can't win!!
Blanket, shmanket...my advice?? What any grandmother would say..give them as many blankets as they want, whenever they want them and cookies wherever and whenever also!

Those are big blankets to carry around. I say go cold turkey and take all blankets away. Might as well take away pillows too :)
ha, ha, ha! he's getting a great workout hefting all those blankets around.
