The Larsens Came to Visit

They came for the fourth of July weekend!

Bear Lake 2011

We went to a family reunion with Randy's family

It was beautiful

We took a trip to Cody to see my parent's new stomping ground!

It is a fun place with a lot to see and do...

 Every night there is a "shot out" on main street

 We had lots of picnics at fun parks

 We visited this church museum

 found a candy store

 Went to a rodeo

 This rodeo clown was hilarious, can you see that he split his pants when he did this trick

 played minature golf

 went for a hike

 the kids convinced me to climb this drain pipe with them, scarey

 this is how high we climbed

and visited the dam

12? Really? Already?

Bailey turned 12...

She is such a great girl,

I am so lucky she belongs to me!

 We celebrated her birthday by going to Stake Conference

They had a special youth meeting early Sunday morning with Elder Christofferson

It was so cool for her to be able to go

Then we drove through Yellowstone to visit Cody

she is the number 1 fan of cocoa bean cupcakes

Neglected Blog

My blog is being neglected by no fault of its own

I'll try to catch up...

Randy and I ran in the Sawtooth Relay

We had a really fun team

We spent the day before the race sightseeing in Ketchum and Sun Valley

It was so beautiful

This was our team...

Randy, Meieli, James, Brenda, and Maime

 We started the race at 12:30 a.m.

It was dark and mountainous so we had to wear a headlight and reflective vest

They started 5 teams every fifteen minutes starting at midnight

 Everytime we completed a leg we got to check it off!!!

 This  is the view from the summit, breathtaking!

 James ran the hardest leg-straight uphill for 5 miles, yikes!

 Brenda is a rockstar runner-so fast

 I didn't want to be done when I was finished, it was so fun!!!
