I thought it was so cute to see the 4 different age levels/skills in their painting.

So Much To Do, We Do It All

Have you read the Sandra Boynton Book "Dinos To Go" about Zoomer the dinosaur?  That is how we feel in the summer.  We have so many fun summer things we love to do, we run like crazy trying to do them all.  This week has been no exception!  One little miracle happened upon us on Friday when I realized I left my camera at the spray park in Rexburg the day before.  We drove back down to look for it, but could not see it anywhere.  We decided to call a number posted on the wall for emergencies(I thought this was).  The number connected us to Rexburg City Hall and I gave them a description of my camera, and you guessed it someone had turned it in!  I love Rexburg and the nice, honest, lovely, wonderful, person that turned in my beautiful camera!  This week also included Max's first soccer game, Rigby Lake, and Bailey's annual dance garage sale(thank you to everyone that donated)! Whew, I need a nap!

I have always loved the show "So You Think You Can Dance".  I think this season is the best yet!  Who do you guys like?  I have so many it is going to be sad to see them go now.  I do have a prediction the Will is going to win it all, but I also really like Twitch and Kerrington!  Let me know what you think!

5th of July Celebrations!

We had a great 4th of July, and our fun continued on the 5th when Bridger and
Bailey ran in the Sawtelle Stampede 1k fun run.  Bridger got 3rd place, Bailey got 5th!  I ran in my first half marathon.  It is a goal I have had for about a year now, so I get to check it off my list of things to do!  Randy and the kids were waiting at the half way point to cheer me on and see if I was still alive!  They are so great and supportive.  Randy had spent many many hours watching the kids while I have been out running getting ready for this, and comes to pick me up when I need a ride home after my runs!  After the races we went to Island Park Reservoir to cool off and have a picnic!  What a great weekend!

Sand Creek

We went to this great little hidden spot with some friends to swim, play, picnic, and of course the boys had to have a mud fight!  So much fun!

Fishing at Tear Drop Lake

We had a fun FHE with the Oberhansley's!  We battled the mosquitoes at this great lake just outside Yellowstone.  The kids caught little fish which Tanner and Bridger cooked and ate over the campfire.  The rest of us had hotdogs and s'mores!  Max thought he was so big out in the boat with Bridger and Tanner, so cute!
